Maybe you have come to a place where you feel like you have nothing. You live alone and maybe you are teleworking and don’t have any social life because of social distancing.
Look up. God’s there!

If you seek God with all your heart, you will find Him. You are not alone in this world. God is near to those who reach out.
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” Matthew 5:3 ESV
Strong’s: Greek concordance
4151 pneúma – properly, spirit (Spirit), wind, or breath. The most frequent meaning (translation) of 4151 (pneúma) in the NT is “spirit” (“Spirit“). Only the context however determines which sense(s) is meant.
Sometimes it begins with something bad happening in your life. When you are trying to make sense of things, you look up and ask God what’s going on. Certainly, 2020 was that year for a lot of people; perhaps you were one of them. COVID-19 may have taken us by surprise, but it didn’t take God by surprise.

The path to God is narrow; even Jesus our Lord said that. So if you call a Christian narrow minded as an insult, you’re actually affirming they are on the right track.
Matthew 7:13
“You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.”
These are words in red, readers. That means they are absolute and from God Himself. There is no room for discussion. You can keep your Buddhist mindfulness and Hindu yoga and paganism with its dream catchers, incense, red candles and sage bundles, because knowing Christ surpasses all of them put together.
Jesus is better then all of the world’s good stuff put together-better by far! I used to be an open minded woman in the world and proud of it. God got ahold of me and all that is in the trash now. It’s all rubbish compare to a few minutes in the presence of the love of God.
