Strongholds are ungodly mindsets of things we believe that aren’t true. We use the word of God with Holy Spirit help to destroy strongholds!
Earthly wisdom like psychology can’t break down a stronghold because it’s a spiritual agreement. It needs an intervention by the Holy Spirit.
4For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. 5We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,

God has given us his word because not only does He want to know us, but also he wants us to be delivered and walk in freedom and grace. The Holy Spirit also plays a role in breaking strongholds. It’s the power of God that breaks these strongholds so the help of the Holy Spirit is essential.
Strongholds are built upon by with lies. Lie after lie from the enemy builds false thoughts which become a mindset. With Holy Spirit help you can stop believing the lies, consider the roots of the lies and replace them with the truth. The enemy wants to keep us confused and double minded so we aren’t effective and have power in our lives.
Get some people praying for you. This is really important, to smash strongholds. It’s best to do deliverance with other people present. If you can’t do that you can do self deliverance. Come against your strongholds in Jesus’ name and cast them out. Replace the ungodly mindset with biblical truths. Bathe yourself in the word of God.
