I’m sorry but a “sign” from your departed relative is not a message from them. Nor is a butterfly or the smell of their perfume. It is witchcraft and necromancy if you attribute these signs to communication from your dead relative.
Your dead relative can speak to you before they depart, but after perish they cannot. If you are getting messages through a medium or a dream from a dead relative you are actually communicating with a demonic spirit.
Going to a medium is a good way to get a demon to come inside of you. You won’t even know it happened either. You’ll hear a message from Grandma that contains content only you and Grandma would know. But there is a whole lot of demons that would have had that information. Who is telling you that message is from Grandma? It’s not grandma. She is either in heaven or hell.
You can’t pray or talk to departed relatives or people. That’s necromancy and it’s forbidden this includes Mary and the Apostles. If you have already done that you likely need deliverance from this experience to get rid of the unholy attachment.

Christians also can make mistakes and sin. Sometimes sin leads to a demonic attachment depending on what the sin is.
