He hears your prayers and he cares. Even if you aren’t a believer he hears your prayers. If you’re not a believer he’s not obligated to answer – because he’s God.
For God’s children that are believers, you are more likely to get an answer to prayers if you pray in His will. How do you pray in God’s will? To know God’s will, you have to be reading the Bible and listening to what his spirit says to you.
