What is a word you feel that too many people use?
It’s the F word. Even kids use it. Just stop.
Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
Ephesians 4:29
Words have power to hurt. The old adage sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me just isn’t true. Words hurt; and the F word hurts the one using it the most. When you sin, you are closing off yourself to God. When you do that, you’re more susceptible to false teachings.
So ditch the F word and use fabulous, fantastic, fine, friend, fluffy or fun. Better choices mean a better life.
