At my age?

Which topics would you like to be more informed about?

Asking this question to someone who is senior age is funny because we have had time to read literature, come to hate politics and understand science. What’s left? God.

Now that’s a topic that has astounded many a thinker for years. Men with some knowledge say simple men believe in God, but not us; the Bible says:

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.

Psalm 14:1

If you pick up a newspaper, you see, this is true. Men with multiple degrees, make the headlines all the time for bad things. But what about me?

Jesus said that if you even think it in your heart, it’s bad. It means our hearts aren’t pure if I think about it. If you made a movie about every negative thing, I’ve done said or thought it would be really embarrassing to put that up on a big screen. I’m sure you, dear reader, would feel the same about your life.

So we don’t do good, how does God feel about that? Will we know God in this life or the next?

We can. Jesus came while we were yet sinners he laid down his earthly life for us. If religion can’t get you to God folks, but the good news is God accomplished what you can you do on your own.

So Jesus is the topic I want to know more about. I do know him personally I know the God of this universe personally he talks to me. He walks with me and he loves me and he wants to have that relationship with you too.

I’m a child of God who has found joy and peace in Jesus, the King of the universe. He alone is worthy of all praise and glory. I’m a bivocational pastor and vegan who crochets and talks all things Jesus.
