What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?
Robert, the Bruce was my 21st grade grandfather. My cousin and I verified all the way back to Janet Stewart, and so the rest is recorded in history.
Am I proud about that? Not really. It kind of hurts. Actually I would’ve preferred to be descended from William Wallace. That’s all I can say without dishonoring my forefathers.
I’m most happy with my spiritual heritage that I have now because I’m in Christ. I have a huge spiritual family that loves me and prays for me. Thank you God for each one of them.
