You’re not going to like this

What could you try for the first time?

Well most people won’t like this answer. You’re probably going to say don’t do it – it’s wrong. You may say that I should let people be themselves and leave them alone.

What if people are on the path that leads to destruction?

What then?

I don’t have the equipment to do it yet. I’m going to ask some acquaintances for help to select the equipment.

Before I tell you what it is, I want to set biblical precedence.

Where was the sermon on the mount? Outside, right?

Where was this?

17Then Jesus came down with them and stood on a level place. A large crowd of His disciples was there, along with a great number of people from all over Judea, Jerusalem, and the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon. 18They had come to hear Him and to be healed of their diseases, and those troubled by unclean spirits were healed.19The entire crowd was trying to touch Him, because power was coming from Him and healing them all.

Luke 6

The sermon on the plain was outside.

Lost people don’t want to go to church or if they do they usually will pick religion. They won’t walk into a Calvary chapel or an AG church or even a Baptist where the real gospel is preached. They’ll pick a seeker-friendly church, where they remain unsaved and unchanged. They may pick an interfaith religion like new age or masons. That takes up time and soothes them without having to crack open a Bible let alone obey it.

So why not take to the streets? Open air preaching isn’t popular, but I really think that God is preparing me for that. My son even mentioned two days ago that he was interested in doing it.

I can’t do it near businesses because they would be disturbed not like it. So it has to be someplace else.

Jesus is coming back soon and we need to throw out our nets – outside.

Keep your lamps ready.
