Do you trust your instincts?
I don’t think anyone who is a believer in the Way should. We all think we know what’s right, but our instincts are from our soul which is born in sin.
The only 100% reliable source from within us is the Holy Spirit. He never fails us because He is Truth.
I’ve found when I rely on Him and not me I don’t eat humble pie. Pride can puff us up and make us feel we are so smart, but by comparison He is smarter.
Leading a Spirit-led life is better for a believer because He gives us insight into things.
I’ve experienced when I go to God instead of relying on me, things work out. When I don’t it’s either the humble pie or an apology plus the humble pie.
