Which is better?

If you had to take spiritual advice from someone with a masters of divinity degree, who didn’t have the Holy Spirit or a 10-year-old spirit filled Christian, who would you listen to?

I’m going with the 10-year-old! There is no junior size Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit whether you’re 10 years old or 100 years old.

The Holy Spirit is an amazing gift from God. The same God, who created the universe, comes to dwell in us.

One can pontificate all they want about a theological subject, but without the Holy Spirit living inside them, it’s just noise.

When you have the Holy Spirit living in you, false religion makes you sad. You see these people devoted to a religion, but they don’t know the creator of life.

Jesus is good-really good. He doesn’t write religious fanatics off and give up on them. He actively chases them trying to woo them to him.

For example, Jesus is showing up to Muslims in their dreams when they are actively dedicated to the destruction of kafira (anyone who isn’t a Muslim).

I have a Catholic hater on this site who wrote a whole article devoted against my blog. He’s so devoted to his religion, but I feel pain for him not hate. The Holy Spirit living in a person doesn’t allow me to hate another person. I pray for him to be saved. Please join me and praying for him brothers and sisters in the Lord.

You can read the Bible, but you can’t make it fit your religion. If your religion doesn’t fit the Bible, you have the wrong religion. Christianity is very narrow and it’s not tolerant of other doctrines.

When you read the Bible, you have to take it for what it says; not make it fit what you believe already. We have to adapt to the Bible not the other way around.

I’m a child of God who has found joy and peace in Jesus, the King of the universe. He alone is worthy of all praise and glory. I’m a bivocational pastor and vegan who crochets and talks all things Jesus.
