What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?
Is this you?

My challenge is leading people who are not yet Spirit led. Fleshly people get offended easily and act like an unruly toddler. A fleshly person thinks everything is about them. You can be talking in generalities and they think it’s about them. Or when you do point out things that aren’t right about them, they don’t want to receive correction.
I’ve been there. That was me. I’m not going back to be a spiritual brat. God doesn’t raise spiritual brats; he raises disciples. He transforms them to be like him.
I don’t want to be the type of Jesus follower that tells God I’m going to do my own thing. I want to do his thing.
If I can’t be submissive to authority God won’t use me. If I won’t listen to him and repent, God won’t bring me deeper.
I’m like you. I have work and a house to clean. I have bills to pay.
But Jesus is all I have. So I spend hours with him. When you spend hours with him you get to know his mind. You get changed.
But then the challenge is set before me to take people up a level. Some folks aren’t ready. They jump ship and do their own thing.
I end up hearing from them and they aren’t doing well. They have declined in health and their emotional state isn’t good.
God designed the church. It’s his plan. Either you go with his plan or you don’t. But you’re designed to be connected to a group of people that love you. There’s a lot of lone ranger Christians who don’t get together physically with people they watch stuff online but don’t gather for corporate prayer and praise. They miss the good stuff.
Pray for me, that this year would be a blessed year for me. Let me know how I can pray for you.
