Some like it hot

What is your favorite type of weather?

I guess I prefer warm but not hot hot. Like 75-80 F is perfect for me. Love summer and love when winter is over. Summer sun is cheerful and necessary for humans.

Maybe you’re not a summer fan and you live in someplace hot where temps top 115 Fahrenheit, so you don’t understand this. Where I live, we have air conditioning to escape from sweltering temps. You can’t just leave your country to find one that better suits you.

There’s another place that you can’t escape: hell. The temperature is sweltering with no relief ever, but that’s not the biggest problem with hell. You are forever separated from God and his goodness. Turn to him today.

Jesus said “ I Am the way and the truth and the life and no man comes to the father except by me.“

Ask Jesus to forgive your sins, and become lord of your life and watch what he does! Ask him for the Holy Spirit baptism, so that you can be born again with his spirit.

Jesus said “you must be born again.” John 3:3

Weather changes, but your eternal destination is fixed. We are all born in sin, and the default destination is not with God. But God fixed that, and offered himself as a sacrifice for you, so that you could be born again, and be with him forever.

Eternal life begins the moment you are born again into the kingdom of God. I have a fountain of joy in the midst of bad situations. When I talk to him, I feel his love and it’s overwhelming.

It’s his kindness that makes me want to obey his commands to me. I’m not talking about the 10 Commandments or other religious rules. It’s his voice that speaks to me whenever I read the Bible or pray.

If you’re still breathing, you have the opportunity to experience amazing love and joy and a peace that passes understanding.
