Time is short

How important is spirituality in your life?

The writer of Ecclesiastes tried to find meaning in life and searched many places but in the end came to the conclusion that all that matters is God.

We are on this earth for such a short time. we have only a few years to get it right. When we leave this earth, we either go to the fire or we go to Paradise. Our final destination doesn’t depend on anything we’ve done except whether we’ve received the gift of salvation that is only in Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, I am the Way the truth and the life and no man comes to the father, except by me. That doesn’t leave room for other religions. He excluded them on purpose because he was God so he knew better then people.

Any argument against this usually starts I think. Whatever follows I think is irrelevant if it contradicts what Jesus said.

Spirituality is such a broad subject. I love the Holy Spirit. He’s the best part about me. So if they mean by the question, do you love the Holy Spirit? The answer is definitively absolutely I love the Holy Spirit.

No, if they mean by the question, do you believe that you’re dead relative is in a cardinal the answer is no. They mean by the question do you believe rocks can heal you? The answer is no. If they mean by the question, do you communicate with your dead relatives? The answer is no.

But I’m all about the Holy Spirit. He comforts me, he teaches me, he’s in love with me and I’m in love with him.

His presence in my life is so strong. I can feel it sometimes. I wouldn’t trade him for anything.

If that’s what you mean by spirituality then yes. I love the Holy Spirit. If you don’t have the Holy Spirit, you’re missing out on someone who can be your best friend. Ask Jesus to forgive your sins and give you his spirit. The only thing you’ll regret is that you didn’t do it sooner.
