Do you see my hands clapping?

When are you most happy?

There’s a children’s church song called If you’re happy. It goes something like this, if you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands.

Sing!

So that was kind of a joke answer,
but not really. Singing makes people happy. That’s why people pay exorbitant prices for concerts. They want to sing along with their favorite artist the songs that they sing along to at home. That’s why there’s always music in church.  Singing makes people happy.

When I sing to God, however, it’s a whole new level of happiness that I have. It’s like a river of joy that bubbles up inside of me and breaks out on my face. Worship is something really special. When I worship the Father, He’s happy too! Because the Father, the Holy Spirit, and the Son, are one God, when I worship God, the Holy Spirit inside of me experiences joy, so I experience it too!

So this is the Christmas season where we sing christmas carols. My favorite radio station is w g t s. They have an app that you can listen in on. Right now they’re playing lots of christmas carols, and you can sing along.

I am keeping mind the Christmas is all about Jesus. That’s the real joy of the christmas season!

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6

If you don’t know the real joy of Christmas, go to biblehub.com and read Luke chapter two.  Or download the through the word app and listen to it there.

Wise men and women still seek God.

Luke 2
