What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
There’s a whole bunch of different strategies.
For physical health, walking, lifting weights, and a vegan diet. Our intestinal tracts are long, so we are like herbivores. Also, no medicines or jabs too. I supplement instead.
For mental health, I take my problems to God and don’t worry about them too much.
For spiritual health, a minimum of half hour Bible reading in the morning and then again at night. Staying connected to God is important.
