If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?
If I opened a coffee shop, I’d give a listening ear, and I’d offer customers prayers and genuine support for life. Life is hard, and many people don’t have a good spiritual support system.
Life is tough, but it’s tougher without Jesus. Recently, a coworker from another religion had his wife leave him, and he almost had a nervous breakdown. He got sick and he was crying on the job. His god
Allah couldn’t offer him comfort because even the quran doesn’t offer comfort.
Jesus, on the other hand, offers much comfort to people.
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
