I need work

What have you been working on?

Do you ever think about transformation? Do you ever think if only I were this? Or do you ever say to yourself you need to be more like this?

Yes, I haven’t arrived at perfection yet. I’m better than I was, but God is still working on me!

From the outside, people see differently than you see on the inside. My standard is scripture so it’s incredibly high and it may take a lifetime to get where I want to be – or hopefully sooner with His help.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us walk in step with the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying one another.

Galatians 5

So that’s the standard. I can’t do this on my own. God has to do it for me. When you have the spirit of God living in you, he produces these things and keeps you from the other things.

God’s not finished with me yet and he’s not finished with you either.

I’m a child of God who has found joy and peace in Jesus, the King of the universe. He alone is worthy of all praise and glory. I’m a bivocational pastor and vegan who crochets and talks all things Jesus.
