Share one of the best gifts you’ve ever received.

Gifts can be a problem. You’re obligated to like them even if you don’t. I once received for a Christmas present the worst gift ever because it was from a family member. I had to smile and say thank you. It was a plastic candy cane stuffed with every color knee-high stocking. If you’re like me, there’s certain colors you don’t wear and half of these I would never wear. The ones that I did wear didn’t have a good elastic at the top, so they kept falling down.

The best gifts that I have received are not physical gifts, but spiritual ones. The gift of salvation has supplied far the best gifts. The Holy Spirit is God living in me that’s an amazing gift. He teaches me and he leads me and it’s hard to top that gift with a physical gift. with that gift comes forgiveness of sins. OK maybe that tops it. Jesus paid it all for me.

His gifts are the best! His joy, his love and his peace are amazing gifts!
