Which is the best thing to do in your city?

So this prompt assumes everyone reading this is a city dweller. Many people are not.

There’s nothing special to do in my city. There’s the same thing that’s in every city: restaurants, malls and churches.

So the best thing to do in my city, in this case is to draw near to God. We are all waste time on things that don’t matter. And at the end of our activities, we don’t have anything to show for it.

Time spent when God is well spent. It inspires us and strengthens us. It causes us to look for homeless to feed. Time spent with Jesus –  makes us a better person.

There is something special in a nearby city.  It’s a tent call David’s tent. It sits on the National Mall. And inside it is 24 hour praise, worship and prayer. It’s been going on for years. It’s clearly the best thing about DC.
