Simple solutions

What are some life hacks that you practice?

Start days right. Before I eat, I feed myself God’s word. Praying before you read His word helps too.

Before I leave the house, I pray. My son prays for me too.

Before I eat I  pray.

Before I sleep I pray.

I guess praying is the best life hack, so why do I forget to pray without ceasing?

I misplaced my wallet the other day and my son found it. Both of us were looking for it and couldn’t find it. My son asked God to show him where it was. He found it in less than a minute.

God, thank you for the ability to go directly to you. Thank you that I don’t need a mediator. Remind me to pray. Teach me to pray. Come visit me when I pray.

Okay, for those of you who want the practical life hacks, I bring my lunch to work instead of buy. I have tea bags and loose leaf tea and instant coffee at work. So I don’t have to spend five bucks on a cup of coffee.

I make pasta sauce; it’s so simple. Read your label. The first ingredient in jarred pasta sauce isn’t tomatoes. It’s tomato paste. Once you unlock that hack, you can make pasta sauce in less than five minutes.
