We focus on comfort

Which book’s world would be the absolute worst to live in?

We don’t think about the next life. The next life is more important. When we pass from this life, we are fully aware of ourselves nd others.

The comfort in the next life is what we should be focusing on because that’s forever. We are on this earth for such a short time.

We’re always planning what am I going do this week? What am I going do in the next holiday? And what do I need to do to prepare for that holiday? It never stops.

The bible tells us to stop. It tells us to focus on things that are eternal. When each of us close our eyes for the last time. The only thing that’s going to matter is our relationship with Jesus and what we did for him.

All the clapping, to wake up buddha and the chanting and the haj trips-all that will testify against people. Nothing people did for those false gods will hold up when they stand before Jesus.

Maybe you are a churchgoer, and even call yourself Christian. Do you really know him? Do you know his heart? Are you in love with him?

So then, my dear ones, just as you have always obeyed [my instructions with enthusiasm], not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation [that is, cultivate it, bring it to full effect, actively pursue spiritual maturity] with awe-inspired fear and trembling [using serious caution and critical self-evaluation to avoid anything that might offend God or discredit the name of Christ].

Philippians 2:12

Our walk with Christ shouldn’t be an afterthought – it should be the forefront.

The world that would be the worst to live in is the one without Christ. I don’t ever want to be eternally separated from Him. There are many accounts on youtube of people who have died and come back and they are changed people. They know what waits.

My prayer is each person who reads this post will have comfort in the next world because they placed their trust in Jesus and lived for him.
